Yorkshire Wildlife Park – October 2013
This was my second trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park and it was just as enjoyable as the first had been. For a sunny October day it was certainly busy, probably as it was a weekend as well. There had been some new additions to the site since our previous visit and while everything else remained in its place the animals all seemed to be in different moods to when we’d visited last. For example the Leopards weren’t into pleasing the staring guests yet the Tigers were, something that had been completely the opposite last time; of course some things didn’t change at all, the Lions were all sleeping, the Meerkats were ferreting away as usual and the Squirrel Monkeys were as mischievous as ever. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon out, on the spur of the moment.
