Northampton & Lamport Railway (NLR)

The Northampton & Lamport Railway operate on Sundays between March & Christmas and on other days at Bank Holiday weekends.

They usually advertise on their website what locos will be working on which dates. They only have one steam loco, which works most weekends but when they advertise the running day as a diesel running day the turn is almost always worked by 31289, the only working diesel on the line currently. 47205 did have a return to service during 2011 but has since been taken out of service again for attention to its braking system.
